Q:  How do I know which size to order?

Q:  How do I know if the items I selected are in stock?

A:  We update our website several times each day so that all items offered are available for immediate shipment (unless noted otherwise on the order page.)

Q:  Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?

A:  No, currently we do not ship to addresses outside of the  50 United States. Orders for Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS Priority only.

Q.  Is your site secure?

A:  Yes, the shopping cart page on which you enter credit card information is secure, just look for the padlock on your browser bar.

Q:  How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:  We usually ship orders from Louisiana (we are located in north Louisiana and not affected by the hurricanes) within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends.)  Depending upon where you live and which method of shipment we choose,  the time could vary from 2 to 5 weekdays.  Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority and are delivered to you within two days of shipping.  If your order is heavy or bulky, it will ship via UPS and could take up to five days.  If there is a problem with the order you will be notified by email right away.

Q:  What is your privacy policy?

A:  We do not share your information with anyone.

Q:  How can I place an order?

A:  You can use our shopping cart to gather the products you wish to purchase and at checkout you have a choice of charging it to VISA/MC on our secure server, call our toll-free number or you can print the order and mail it with a money order.
